Some Friendly Reminders:

Bulk Service: Our Wash and Fold Laundry is a bulk service, which means items are washed together rather than checked individually.
Stains: Because garments are not inspected one by one, we may not always see pre-existing stains or fabric wear. Stubborn stains may remain after cleaning. If you’d like special spot treatment, our Dry Cleaning Service is the best option .
Fabric Condition: We always separate lights and darks for you. If you’d like your delicates washed separately, just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll be happy to take care of it.
Blankets and Comforters: Larger items like comforters and blankets are cleaned with extra care and billed separately at $10 per piece.

We separate clothes by lights and darks to keep colors looking their best. Delicates are only washed separately if you’ve let us know in advance.

Please note: Since this is a bulk laundry service, individual stain spotting isn’t included, and some pre-existing stains may not fully come out.

How should I prepare my laundry for pickup?

You can use any clean bag, hamper, or even a pillowcase for your first pickup. We’ll bring your laundry back in the same bag so you can keep reusing it.

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

Not at all. Just leave your laundry in your designated spot, and our driver will take care of the rest; no need to interrupt your day.

Can you wash delicate fabrics?

Yes! With over 40 years of experience, we know how to handle delicate fabrics and special items. If you have specific instructions, just include a note with your order and we’ll follow them carefully.

Can bedding and large items be included?

Absolutely. We handle sheets, blankets, comforters, towels, and more. Just note that bulky items like blankets and comforters are billed separately per piece.

Do I have to sort my laundry?

No need. Our team will separate lights and darks for you so each load is washed properly. If you’d like delicates handled separately, just let us know in advance.
