By dropping off your items at any of our locations or requesting a pickup service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
⏱️ Turnaround Time & Schedule
- Standard Orders: Our standard turnaround time is 2–3 business days. Orders dropped off after 11:00 AM will require 1 additional day.
- Delays: We work hard to meet our schedule, but we do not guarantee turnaround times and are not responsible for damages caused by service delays.
- Rush Orders: If a rush order is not ready by the scheduled time, the rush fee will be fully refunded.
� Wash & Fold Minimum
- Our minimum weight for wash and fold is 8 lbs. Bags weighing less than 8 lbs will be charged at the 8 lb minimum price.
� Pick-Up & Delivery Payments
- By using our pick-up and delivery service, you authorize us to automatically charge your credit card on file as soon as your order is ready and/or right before delivery is made.
⚠️ Consent to Clean (High-Risk Items)
- If an item is delicate, in poor condition, or at high risk of damage, we will ask for your consent before cleaning it.
- If you give us permission to proceed, we clean it at your own risk and are not responsible for any damage. If you decline, we will return the item uncleaned.
� Suede, Leather, & Fur
- Turnaround: These items require specialized care and take a minimum of 2 weeks.
- Material Risks: We are not liable for inherent defects, weak materials, color loss, or shrinkage.
- Processing may cause skins to become stiff, brittle, tender, buckled, or peeled. Natural imperfections (like scars, insect bites, or skin lines) that were covered during manufacturing may become visible. Processing will not restore items to a brand-new condition.
� Pockets & Loose Items
- Please empty all pockets and remove accessories before drop-off.
- We are not responsible for loose items left with garments (e.g., cash, jewelry, watches, belts, detachable buttons, hoods, hangers).
- We are not responsible for damage to your clothes caused by items left in pockets (e.g., lipstick, gum, pens).
� Unclaimed Clothes (NYS Law)
- 6 Months: In accordance with New York State law, any garments left unclaimed or unpaid for more than 6 months will be donated to charity. We are not liable for any garments after this 6-month period has passed.
❌ Damaged Property & Fabric Limitations
- We use the best cleaning methods for each fabric but are not liable for hidden manufacturing defects or inherent weaknesses in materials (especially silks, satins, leathers, suedes, vinyls, double-faced fabrics, and polyurethanes).
- We are not responsible for trimmings, buttons, buckles, beads, bells, or sequins.
- Laundering: We cannot guarantee against color fading, bleeding, or shrinkage in weak/tender fabrics.
- Item Counts: You must report any discrepancies in your item count within 48 hours. If you did not provide an itemized list with your drop-off, our final count must be accepted.
� Lost Items & Liability Limits
- Reporting: Any lost items must be reported within 5 business days. Items are officially considered lost 30 days after a claim is filed.
- Liability Cap: Unless a higher value is declared in writing and a premium risk fee is paid prior to processing, our maximum liability for any lost or damaged article will not exceed 10 times the cleaning charge for that specific item, regardless of the brand or condition. Reimbursements are guided by the International Fabricare Fair Claims Guide's depreciation tables.
- Concierge Pick-ups & Deliveries: For residential concierge services, our custody and liability begin only when our driver physically takes possession of the items from the concierge. We are not responsible for items left at the concierge desk prior to our pickup, or for items after they have been successfully dropped off to your building's concierge/staff.
� Refund & Reprocessing Policy
- We do not issue refunds for services already rendered.
- Our Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with our workmanship, return the unworn garment in its original packaging with the receipt within 48 hours, and we will re-clean/reprocess it at no extra charge.
